1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AntDock (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and AntDock regarding your use of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization and bind it to these Terms.

2. Service Description

AntDock provides website analytics, uptime monitoring, and server monitoring services (collectively, "Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Certain features of the Service require account creation. You agree to:

Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
Update your account information to maintain its accuracy
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Protect the confidentiality of your account credentials

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you discover or suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the intellectual property rights or other rights of others
Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other systems
Collect or store personal data of other users without their consent
Use automated means (such as bots, crawlers) to access the Service unless explicitly permitted by us in writing
Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our authorization
Abuse service resources or perform actions that may affect other users' experience

5. Free Plan and Fees

5.1 Current Free Plan

AntDock currently provides a free plan. Each workspace may create up to 48 active apps. Event and AI trace collection are included without billing or silent sampling; safeguards for monitors, servers, members, queries, exports, retention, and fair use still apply and are shown in the product.

5.2 Historical Orders and Entitlements

Historical orders, subscription records, and entitlements already granted are preserved. The free plan does not delete billing history or initiate new automatic charges. Historical transactions remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase and applicable law; contact us with any questions.

5.3 Future Paid Services

We may later offer optional paid services for higher resource usage, AI value-added capabilities, or enterprise needs. Any price, billing period, refund, or renewal terms will be presented before charging and will require your affirmative confirmation. Using the free plan will not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-provided content) are and will remain the exclusive property of AntDock and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you upload or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas, we are free to use such information without any compensation or obligation to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable
The Service will meet your requirements or expectations
Any errors will be corrected

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANTDOCK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Any conduct or content of any third party
Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

Whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AntDock and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from or relating to:

Your use of and access to the Service
Your violation of any provision of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to any intellectual property or privacy rights
Your User Content

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the Service or delete your account through account settings.

All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

11. Service Availability

The free plan is provided as available. We use reasonable efforts to maintain stability, but do not make a general 99.9% availability or service-credit commitment. A specific SLA applies only when expressly agreed in a separate enterprise agreement signed by both parties.

When availability is assessed, the following generally require separate treatment or exclusion:

Scheduled maintenance (we will provide 24 hours advance notice)
Issues caused by your equipment, software, or network connection
Force majeure events
Third-party service interruptions

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If revisions are material, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new terms take effect via email or in-service notification.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in the jurisdiction where AntDock is located.

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified and interpreted to accomplish its objectives, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent.
