Plausible comparison: simple analytics and site health
Start with the questions you need to answer. Plausible emphasizes simple privacy-focused analytics; AntDock also covers service health.
Compare by task
| Task | AntDock | Plausible | Official source · checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Traffic analysis | Pageviews, sources and visitor breakdowns | Pageviews, visitors, referrers and devices | Plausible |
| Browser identifiers | No tracking cookies by default; browser storage identifiers | No cookies or persistent identifiers | Plausible |
| Hosting | AntDock hosted service; SDK source is not publicly released | Managed cloud or self-hosting | Plausible |
When to choose each
Consider Plausible for simple aggregate statistics with fewer persistent identifiers. AntDock combines traffic, uptime and server resources; its private visit records may contain IP addresses, so cookie-free tracking does not imply the same privacy model.
Check the allowances page and in-app limits for the current public beta. Migration does not imply historical data import or identical metrics.
